Final pricing and scheduling are determined through a consultation so care can be aligned with what will be most helpful, consistent and safe. Our private-pay services are intentionally structured to prioritize continuity, and peace of mind-rather than rushed, task-based care.
*Note: Each package has a base price that reflects the level of oversight. In some cases, complexity or monitoring needs push that toward the higher end of the range, which we’ll discuss transparently before starting.

Focused RN oversight following hospital or procedure discharge

RN-Accompanied Appointment Support
For seniors who benefit from professional support, before, during, and after medical appointments.

Starting at $165/hour
2-hour minimum
Transportation is provided as supportive assistance only- not medical transport
A supportive visit for established, low-risk clients when full recovery monitoring is not clinically indicated.

Temporary increase in RN oversight during short periods of heightened need (after an acute or outpatient procedure)

Supplemental wellness observation beyond client's usual schedule to provide added reassurance around comfort, mobility and routine stability.
